About Us
The office of Disqualification Appeals provides legal services for law enforcement candidates in the state of New York, specifically in New York City and Nassau County. As a Nassau County Police Department (NCPD) and New York Police Department (NYPD) disqualification attorney’s office, we work tirelessly to overturn disqualifications from candidacy for law enforcement positions.
We specialize in disqualifications that arise during the medical, psychological, and character screenings, which are requirements for the NYPD and Nassau County Police Department hiring process.
